L.AB.AH. Agroecology Workshop: Seeds, Natural Resources & Indigenous Knowledge on5 Mar 2026 @Ba'Kelalan, Lawas (Sarawak).More than 30 farmers, women and youth participated in the 1-day workshop organized by SRI-Mas and L.A.B.A.H collaborative partners: Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT).
SRI practices in Long Semadoh
System of Rice Intensification (SRI) is practiced by a small number of rice farmers in Long Semadoh. These SRI farmers apply the principles of SRI alongside others who continue with their traditional way of paddy planting.
